Hi I am new on here. I suffer from Sub acute degeneration of the spinal cord due to vitimin B12 defiency. I am housebound a wheel chair user too.

No district nurse does it for me every 8 weeks

@Pixierules123 you are fortunate because I have to give myself a B12 shot once a month and it hurts. It's a difficult shot to give yourself
