I am a 48 year old lady with ADHD - ASD and Fibromyalgia and have been refused Pip despite having a support worker and now being assessed for direct payments. I'd love to find a legal advisor who would help me re apply if I meet the criteria please

Hello
I am sorry to hear that you have been refused PIP.
Given that you have a support worker and are being assessed for direct payments it may be worth looking into whether you can challenge the PIP refusal decision, rather than re-apply for benefit.
You might like to discuss your specific circumstances with an adviser on the Scope helpline (0808 800 3333). If you still have the PIP refusal letter, please have this with you when you contact the adviser.
Regards
Maria
