PIP full mobility reduced to zero - Appealing, any tips?

Thank you letting me join the group. At present I am fighting my PIP claim, as I am sure many of you are. The DWP have decided that my mobility difficulties have almost vanished. I have gone from full mobility component DLA to zero mobility PIP.  This left me practically house bound, as the car has had to go back. I am at present the appeal stage, which makes me feel physically sick every time I think of it. Has anyone out there been through this ordeal and do they have any tips?
