What was your last act of kindness

In work there are a group of young men I’d say in their early twenties who bully the older generation, they made a lady cry today by saying she was no good at her job and needed to retire. I might add that she has CPO and fibromyalgia and does her job very well. My act of kindness was to change places with her for which she thanked me as no one else offered or seemed to care. Shocking the lack of care and support for this lady.

I think this qualifies as an act of kindness. last night I went to celebrate my friends birthday it was supposed to be an 80s night. It turned out to be 50s/60s night which is totally not my thing, venue messed up promotion. My act kindness was to force myself to stay and celebrate because I wanted her to have a good night. Will add the band was very good so could appreciate that and she enjoyed her birthday.1

I'm glad you went last night @Zimba, I know it was very tough for you. It's even better you enjoyed the band!
