any one know why d w p as changed the p I p form asking for you to get confirmation of how your disability affects you

I'm not sure why gerard, but we know the DWP work on their forms to make them easier to understand/quicker to fill in (as they have done with the review form). Is there anything particular that you wanted to ask about?
You'll see they ask you to list the evidence you are sending - that could be helpful as then they know what's missing if something isn't there, and it prompts you to make sure you've included it.
