Hi @seny7 Sorry you had a cruel assessor, that can't have been easy.
Universal credit and PIP aren't related to each other, so getting LCWRA won't have any affect on your PIP claim and it's unlikely that they would take it into account to upgrade your award.
If you think you're entitled to more points than you got awarded, you'd have to go through that with PIP unfortunately. Did you go through a mandatory reconsideration or tribunal when you dealt with the cruel assessor?

Sorry to hear that @seny7, it can be so stressful to go through the PIP process. It might be worth asking yourself if you can deal with any further stress before you decide whether to update PIP on your conditions. If you've read the descriptors, think you'd be entitled to more points now and feel like you could manage a review, you can contact them to let them know your symptoms have deteriorated. You don't have to call them if you don't like phone calls, you can send a letter. The address would be somewhere on one of your PIP letters.
Without trying to frighten you, just be wary that if you do go through with it, the result could potentially end up being worse than your current award. You could end up with fewer points than you have now, none at all, or you could get a positive result and be upgraded to the higher award. It's a bit of a gamble sometimes, but if you feel as if it would benefit you to go for those extra points, it could be worth a go

You won't automatically score more points for a higher award based on any diagnosis. Whether it's possible to score more points will depend on how your conditions affect you. Before going any further I'd advise you to get some expert advice from an agency near you. When you report changes you do risk losing what you already have.seny7 said:No I didnt because was so stressed how she treated me I felt im a liar suferring from ptsd pancreatitis muscular pain was in a coma for 3 months 5 years ago so do I need to let them know about my health deteroation by phone how to contact them please Im really grateful to you many many thnks for the advice0
