Anyone struggling with completing the mobility part of the PIP assessment? I am completely reliant on my car to drive to work etc. I also use an in-car sat nav to help keep me focussed  & text my partner when I arrive (I once nodded off & bounced off the kerb after a particularly bad few nights due to severe arthritis pain) I don't drive at night anywhere- too exhausted by then & don't drive long / unfamiliar journeys anymore either. If I have to go somewhere I don't know, my partner either drives me either on the day or beforehand to check out the route, parking, access etc.  I certainly can't use public transport anymore Does that mean I can plan a familiar journey unaidedor not?
