Hi Barbars
Thank you for posting this.
Are you having to challenge a DWP decision?
It's the effects of fits and seizure on your daily life and/or on your mobility that would be important in PIP entitlement. For example if you have no warning of a seizure, you should be accepted as being unable to undertake "safely and reliably" one or more of the activities of daily living and mobility listed in the PIP descriptors. Or if it takes a long time for you to recover, you might also be accepted as being unable to carry out one or more of these activities.
The reliability criteria are contained in the Regulations, so it is appropriate to tell the DWP on the claim form and in the Mandatory Reconsideration or Appeal that these are the problems you are dealing with. If you cannot carry out the activities "safely, repeatedly, in an acceptable timescale and to an acceptable standard" then the DWP should accept that you cannot do the activities i.e. you should score points.

Hi Danny
This was a really poor job referral on their part. Did you point this out to them, and if so, did they apologise? If you're in the Work Related Activity Group for ESA or on JSA, for example, you are supposed to be required to undertake appropriate job applications. It's both fruitless and perhaps distressing to be asked to do something that's impossible, so that you might want to complain if you are asked to.
