Hi @lulubell, I've moved your post to our benefits advisors section as they may be able to help. Can you provide any further information about your claim (for PIP?) and your being turned down?

Hi lulubell,
Sometimes the mandatory reconsideration can get turned down if you just say you disagree with the PIP decision but don't explain why.
One thing which can be useful is to do the PIP self-test so you can identify what points you think you should have got in each activity which is relevant to your situation. It's also useful to get a copy of the assessor's report from your medical, and point out where you disagree with it. For all the points you think you should have got, try to give evidence. This can include medical evidence, and examples of where you struggle to do any of the PIP activities, or could only do something very slowly, or where an activity causes you a lot of pain or fatigue.
If you can get help with the appeal, for example from your local Citizens Advice, then we strongly recommend that you do.
