Pip green paper

I have been noticing headlines discussing an 11-week warning for the PIP green paper, but my PIP has recently been renewed until 2028. Could this impact my renewal? I have also come across information about vouchers and a limited list of items to choose from, which seems to restrict our spending. Will this also affect our ESA? I am concerned that the individuals I pay to assist with cleaning and laundry may not accept vouchers. How is this supposed to be beneficial for us? Why are politicians making medical decisions instead of doctors?
It is difficult for many able-bodied individuals to truly comprehend the challenges of losing independence and having life experiences cut short. If there was a cure for my condition, I would eagerly embrace it to regain a sense of security and my previous life. Some people have made comments assuming that not having to work means we are on a paid holiday, which is far from the truth. I fail to understand why people continue to vote for the Conservative party when their policies are negatively impacting the country and vulnerable individuals, especially with the NHS and Brexit resulting in the loss of 20,000 NHS staff.
The COVID-19 pandemic has created a significant backlog in medical appointments and treatments, affecting individuals like me who require regular check-ups and care. The impact of Brexit has made it challenging to hire medical professionals, with nurses, Dr's and specialists requiring 4 years, 7 years and 12 years of training. Since the Brexit vote, I have experienced delays in seeing my neurologist, and the situation has not improved. Despite assurances that I am still on the list, the quality of life and medical facilities for individuals like me are under threat.
