Pip Review - Sending previously sent information.
The review form specifically states not to send information that was sent previously.
However looking at this page, it indicates the DWP will discard previous information after 2 years, so if the DWP wont have the old information to hand why do they advise in not sending it again?
Or have I got it wrong and they still will have the old documents?

Quite sometime ago I made a Right Of Access request the DWP for the personal information they held on me going back about 5-6 years. When I received that about a month later it included every single thing I had sent them over those years so yes they do keep documents for longer then 2 years.
I always advise people to treat a review as a new claim.

Hi
I have always sent in previous information with each new claim.
I have kept all previous information dating years back.

As others have said I would treat a review like a new claim. Just send them everything you think will help, even if you have sent it to them before. I wouldn't leave it up to chance.

Thanks, I have included the information to be on the safe side.
