Hi everyone.
So I've just stumbled across this place, And after reading some of the discussions, it looks like a very useful place, now I'm signed up and onto the introduction.
I am Jay and I'm 52 not 71🙂 happily married for over 25yrs I also have crohns disease that I've been stuck with for over 35 years, it's been a long complicated journey, lots of operations and stacks of tablets + complications. Lots of ups and downs, with the downs comes the problems with mental health and all the extra things crohns likes to chuck at you aswell. But hopefully I can find some useful tips and advice here and I will certainly offer up any help and advice I've picked up over the years, the good and the bad.
So I think I've bored you enough for now. And maybe catch up with you around the place.
Jay.

Hey there @Jay71 and welcome from me too!
Thanks for telling us a bit about yourself, it's always nice to know a bit about our community. We have a few people with crohns here, so you're in good company. Hopefully it can be a place of learning and friendship for you. 😊
