Pip reivew
Hi all my partner just had his pip on the telephone she seemed really nice but I'm.not sure iv never had telephone assessment my self what was everybody out come she said she will sent the report today I hope my pip doesn't get effect as I had to speak mainly for him but I got all confused and muddle up on some things :(

Sorry she also said he can communicate wen somebody with him but he struggle all the time so do I

Your PIP will not be affected because it’s his claim, not yours. Once the report is returned a decision can take up to 12 weeks.

Ok thank u she seems nice on the phone but they all sound like thay she did she needs tell his doctor about him over dosing recently why would she tell them

She called him back unexpected to say what is ur gp called and then 2mins after he had text saying dwp have ur report that is very fast

Once the report is completed it's normal for them to return it to DWP because there's no need to keep hold of it once the assessment is completed.

Dwp oready have it he's had text oready I find that very quick to quick

Ok is there chance if he rings today dwp can tell him anything

He wants to request his the report so we only to ring them up I check on auto pip it's still the same hasn't changed

Yes he can ring to request a copy of the report but please remember that it's not the decision, it's a recommendation only. Whilst they mostly go with the report it has been know for them to go against it but it's rare for them to do that.
It also seems to cause a lot more needless anxiety too, even if the report is in your favour so please be aware of that. Sometimes it's better to wait for the decision.
The automated payment line is still there but it doesn't always give correct information so please bear that in mind too.
