My new care coordinator

I am in secondary care and recently had the ambulance out twice due to suicidal thoughts and self harm with Ptsd from traumatic event.

I haven't seen her and its been a month.

Does anyone know what my care coordinator duties are and responsibilities and care under NHS guidelines and regulations. I am deteriating rapidly.

    Sorry to hear that you're deteriorating, have you been in contact with her at all? Is there anyone else you can talk to in your team to explain how you're feeling at the moment?

    I hope some of our members might have been through similar experiences and can share what happened with them too.
