LWRCA and self employment
Hi, I've just been awarded LCWRA for multiple health conditions…I've also just received a one off back payment from my SE business. If I bank this, with it being approx £900, will I lose the LCWRA entitlement. It's a one off, as for the last 12 months I've only been able to manage four or five hours work a week. Thanks.

It's treated as income in the assessment period in which you receive it. When you report your earnings and expenses on the last day of your assessment period then you'll need to include that.
You will not lose the LCWRA element. If you didn't previously have the work allowance then you'll now be entitled to that. It means you can receive a certain amount of earnings each month before deductions apply.
If you claim for help with the rent it will be £404/month, if you don't it will be £673/month.
