17 year old daughter leaving education , I'm on LCWRA UC and full PIP will I loose the
Hey all , my 17 year old daughter started college after the summer holidays, she is getting severely bullied at college and is going to leave to look for work. How would this affect my benefit if it all . I guess I would loose the child element to it as she's no longer in education , is there anything else I would loose ? Thanks all appreciate any help.

I'm sorry to hear she's being bullied, that's awful! Yes, you will lose the child element, as well as child benefit. Everything else remains the same. You must make sure you report the changes to DWP and HMRC once she leaves.

Shes not 100% leaving yet, we have a meeting with the college to see if she's able to do some sort remote learning , but if she does leave I will inform them , thanks for your help :)
