Paying back UC

hi lovely people. I have become worry about UC asking for money back us some friends said they had to pay money back . Does anyone know la if it is true and why it would happen . Thanks and merry Christmas 🎄

You wouldn't only need to repay money back if you have an overpayment or an advance payment when you first claimed UC. If non of those apply then you won't have to pay anything back.
