Universal credit and carers element

hi I’ve just been awarded lcwra and the have taken the whole lot off my transitional protection and also the carers element so I’m now almost £200 a month worse off. Any help appreciated thanks.

    Unfortunately as things stand at the moment that is correct.

    There was an Upper Tribunal court hearing on the matter October 30th, the outcome of which is not yet known.
