Equality act

I have a question about equality act and whether this matter could be classed as discrimination. I was due to start a 12 week programme with local community mental health team. I was due to have a meeting in December that I had to postpone due to physical health issues.
I have today received a letter to say that I’ve been discharged from the service for me to concentrate on my physical health issues. This isn’t the first time I’ve received this type of letter I was sent one beginning of last year.
they have mentioned that if I want to access the service again I would need to go through another assessment
is this in breach of equality act please? It feels as though I’m being discriminated because of my physical health.
thanks

Morning @hello33. I hope you're feeling ok today? That's disappointing. I wonder if they've misunderstood the request to postpone the meeting. I'd be tempted to contact them to discuss this initially.
I'm not sure exactly of the details of the programme, so please feel free to educate me here 🙂 I imagine it's bespoke to each person so could you ask them to tailor this to support your physical needs. Does it always have to be face to face?
Holly.
