Yes PIP can be awarded regardless of how many hours you work.

You sure can, farhan. I was still working 40 hours per week (many more hanging about between buses) as a bus driver when I was first awarded DLA as it was.

    Hi Ranald

Did you mention about your full time job while you were applying PIP?

If you mention then what did you tell them?

We are talking 2007 here, so I'm afraid I don't know what I said on the applicat5 forms.

PIP is non means tested , my then income wasn't relevant.

When you fill out the PIP2 form, there's no question that asks if you work. If you have an assessment they may ask if you work. In my opinion you should be honest and say yes if you do work. Many people work and successfully claim PIP because it's not about your ability to work.

However, if the work you do contradicts the reasons why you're claiming PIP then it may go against you.
