Just had my letter from DWP they have given me back the enhanced rate for both parts so have not got to take my car back it's been a very stressful time for me thanks to the hard work of my wife in my appeal other wise I would not have been able to cope if you are in this position please keep positive and keep going and thanks to scope on line community for their support and comments of support

Congratulations Colin, I've yet to receive my application, although have had my 'command'. Your remark and other's friends have received leaves me in the mind that I think it's the assessors who need take "mandatory reconsiderations" not the claimants!!!
