DWP or court of appeal update new medication?

Hi was just wondering do i update DWP or tribunal my new medication?
I have put appeal in recieved bundle couple weeks ago and now just awaiting date.
Saw psychiatrist 2 weeks ago and changed my medication since i put appeal in and same for hearing these are new updates.
1, risperidone and amitriptyline from psychiatrist
2,Hearing aids from the Audiology department. for both ears
Just like some advice

Send in details of new prescriptions to Tribunal who will add this new evidence to your appeal papers and send a copy to yourself and DWP. -

If these changes affect the level of your disability then you must tell the DWP @sundontshine123 .
The tribunal is judging the decision made some time ago against the evidence from some time ago. Your new situation is not relevant to that decision. They may even refuse to accept it.
If your disabilities change then it is for the DWP to ask the court to review any judgement it has made. The judgement might only last for 24 months anyway.
