Is there anything positive

Yes, he lives in a small village with a church, which still rings bells hourly, a Junior school and a pub, that's it! Can't get more "sticks" than that! I'm listening to the crows, thrush's and various other birds who I can't recognise the sounds of, as well as following the antics of a ๐ who has taken residence for the past few days this morning!

Morning all.
The sun is shining here today albeit cold and windy.

She is a dog, supposed to have been a miniature dashchund, but she's a tweenie really. That's actually better for me, as she can jump up onto my lap when out & get back into her dog bag when she wants. It's warming to have great memories of our furry ones, as they give us so much. โค๏ธ
Cheers, cricket still on here, another hour & it will be rugby. ๐

Thanks, @Catherine21! ๐
Cricket result, not so good & the rugby was a close run thing between England & Scotland. Well done to Ireland, they're on for the grand slam with their clean sheet so far.

I hope so because I support Ireland
Well done England.
I thought Scotland had it in the bag towards the end.
Both teams were great.

Hope you all have a pleasant day.

Thank you Catherine 21 for suggesting that we talk about positive things. I have been struggling this weekend myself, to the extent that I have locked myself in my house- not wanting to see or talk to anyone. I received a text message from my son offering me two tickets to come and watch him in the theatre production of Tina Turner. That my positive thing that I have to look forward too.

That's a smashing treat, @smokey18, to see your son in it too, very positive. I hope that gave you a much needed boost in mood. Funnily enough, I had an email from my local theatre earlier & that was for the show, on in October.
ETA: Tagging gremlin is out again tonight.
