What benifits would i be entitle to

Hi wonder if you can please help I am not sure what to do my circumstances have change drastically myself and my partner have split up and I only work 9 hours a week due to a shoulder replacement last year and even finding that to much as am in agony when I get home i currently receive £90 per week and that all I have coming in so wondering if there is any help for me

I agree with @Sam_Scope that you should check out the benefits calculator.
Also maybe consider Personal Independence Payment? There is a 'self-test' to see if you might qualify on the Benefits and Work website https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/personal-independence-payment-pip/pip-self-test
