I feel I wanted to work for scope cause they got a disabilities which affects them and I wanted to raise as much money as possible so they can get what they want in life like bikes and other stuff cause there parents don't have enough money to by them for them.

I have mild learning difficulties and feel that I got a problem with my co-ordination I also have obsessive compulsory disorder where when I get stressed I always seen to be washing my hands a lot and making them sore I lack in confidence and relay on being prompted what needs doing.0

Hi @emmayoung, its great to hear you really enjoy working in the Scope shop! it's a shame that some customers can be rude, I think a good piece of advice is to try not to take it personally (easier said than done sometimes I know!)emmayoung said:yes I am currently volunteering in scope in bishop Auckland scope and I love it really much I would like some advice how to serve customers that have a go at me in the shop better xxx
