This month we have another exciting guest speaker! We will be joined by Neil Jones from Keep Wales Tidy.
Neil is the Nature Project Manager leading the Local Places for Nature scheme funded by Welsh Government. The scheme provides free garden packages to community groups across Wales to help them bring nature to their local environments, get started with food growing, and bring people together. This year, they want to learn more about the barriers that exist for some people in accessing nature in their communities, particularly disabled people and people from ethnic minorities.
Neil will share information about the scheme and have an informal discussion with the group about barriers to nature they may face, and any potential solutions.
