Hi @Jojoyoyo, Oh no, why would they do this? Have they stolen from you before?
I know if it happened to me I would feel betrayed and disrespected. Is that how you feel? And you must be worried and upset that those Christmas presents can't be replaced?
Are you able to speak to your child, would they understand how distressed you are? I don't know what else to say... You have my support.

Hello @Jojoyoyo How are you now? I'm so sorry to read this happened to you. I imagine it was very upsetting.

Did you call the police, as advised by our other members? Or you can report tit online via the Police.UK website. Also, do you have support from friends, family or another to help with your flare-up and the emotions of what's gone on?

If unauthorised transactions have taken place on your credit card, that will need reporting immediately to your bank too so appropriate action can be taken.

Likewise, please use the Action Fraud website to report what has happened and get a crime reference number.

If at any point in the future, you feel unsafe. Please call 999 immediately.

I'll be sending you an email shortly, so please do look out for that. And, I'm sorry again - I hope today is a better one for you.
