No I’m not under a stroke team as far as I know I had a stroke last September was in hospital for two weeks had a physio visit four times then stopped coming said I just needed to carry on with doing physical things but I’m still not right I have a physio revisiting on Monday to see , so I’m not sure if that is a stroke team or not0

That's good that physio is coming on Monday, see what they recommend. Have you got family support1
-
Yeah I have family here to support me0

Hello @steve67
People will heal at their own pace, but I agree with Sandy to check with your physio on Monday. I'm glad you have family around you to support you Do you think you'd benefit from having more physio?1 -
I'm sorry to here that you have had a stroke. I'm glad your family have been supporting you.1

Good afternoon @steve67
I'm not sure if any of us could tell you whether you'll have a second stroke. The Stroke Association says the following:For many stroke survivors, their greatest fear is having another stroke.
Once you’ve had a stroke your risk of having another is increased, but understanding what factors may have caused your stroke will help you know how to reduce your risk of having another one. If you’re not clear, go back to your GP and ask for more information about your own risk of a stroke.
