They will ask you various questions about your health condition and how they affect your day to day life. I can't tell you what questions will be asked because i don't know anything about your health conditions and how they affect you.

You say you have Limited capability for work? Is this assessment because you've reported a change in your health condition so you've been referred for a new work capability assessment? If so then it will be the same as the first one you had.

Assessments can last anywhere from 20 to 120 minutes. If you kept a copy of the form you filled in then have a read of that so you can remind yourself of what you said.

    ..which you reported?
If following the reassessment, if you are found to have LCWRA you will be entitled to have the LCWRA element added to your UC amount from the UC payment period in which you reported the change (unless you have a partner already receiving LCWRA in the claim).

The waiting period is normally 3 months from when the health condition was reported and the money is included in the first full payment period after the end of the waiting period.

However if you previously had LCW and are now found to have LCWRA after reporting a worsening in your health then there is no waiting period and LCWRA payments should start from the monthly payment period in which you reported the change, as per my previous reply
