I have an ESA health phone assessment on Wednesday I have dizziness and balance problems I do not no how to put this problem into words around not being able to move around outside without help any tips thank you

I think you've explained it well there - I have balance problems and dizziness, this effects my mobility when walking around outside. I need help with that.

Exactly what you said. You get dizzy and this makes you lose your balance so you don't feel safe being outside without someone to help you.
