I am about to choose a mobility car but I can't reach the peddles in any new cars I'm a little stuck as I've been driving a older car that I can reach the peddles in but mobility advisor asked had I thought of hand controls but I'm a little worried about having them would the change be hard to get used to

If you've never used hand controls then you may need some lessons from a specialist driving instructor. I don't think it's as easy as just getting in the car and using controls you're not used to.Which cars have you looked at? Are they SUV's? The seats on those can be quite high, though you can lower the seat.1
