Hi I'm in a mess about filling in the pip review form it runs out in sept 2023 but got new form to fill in . I didn't get pip the first time so went for a tribunal but they rang me up and awarded me pip without having to go through a tribunal, some of my conditions have got worse a few have maybe stayed the same. just so stressed out don't know where to start my memory is not good and its getting worse. Any advice and help would be great please .

You should treat the form as a new claim and put as much information as possible, without telling your life story. If you need extra time to return the form you can contact PIP and they will give and extra couple of weeks. There's also a guide here to filling out the form which may help.https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/pip-changes-and-reviews/help-with-your-pip-review-form/
You can also speak to an advice agency near you to see if they can help with the forms.https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits

Although this link refers to the original PIP2 form rather than a review form it is helpful for understanding what each of the activities is getting at

I was like you and tbh still don't understand the descriptors but you get great advice here.

As Poppy123456 advises treat it like a new claim. Good luck.

Thanks for the help and information, I rang this morning and asked for extra time to fill in the form, which takes a lot of pressure of me .

It doesn’t! It will go through the same Mail sorting process as all other post going to DWP and will be signed for by someone from Royal Mail and not someone from DWP.
