Hi, I need to get a DWP document confirming my entitlement to social security last year?

Can you assist me please.
I need to get a certificate or letter from the DWP confirming that I was entitled to UK social security in 2022. I need this to show the French tax authorities as proof that I will not make a back-dated claim on their social security system.
I am a UK tax payer and am happy to submit my NHS number and Nat. Ins. number for verification.
Your help is much appreciated
Oliver
