Change of address for current UC claim with LCRWA

Hi i am currently claiming UC and in the  LCWRA category, I currently work 16 hours a week as that's all I can medically manage and I receive housing element in this award for my rent and am curious about what happens if I were to move house ?
I have been in my property for nearly 20 years but due to my landlord mentioning he may be selling his property I have been looking at renting a different house.
Would this mean I have to start a whole new claim for UC ???
I have been looking at property which would still be in the same council area, still be in privately rented sector and have same amount of bedrooms, with no other changes to my circumstances other than a new address
I am anxious that I may have to restart the whole claim process again if I move, or would this simply be a case for submitting new tenancy agreement under a "change of circumstances" 
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated

You do not need to start a new claim because you’re already claiming UC. 

When you do move house you just need to report a change of circumstances. Then tell them you’ve moved. You will need to send proof of eligibility to pay your rent. The changes will then take place in the assessment period which the changes were reported.
