I’m on lcwra, however today uc have asked for me to provide a sick note.

Any help would be great

    Have you popped a message on your journal to ask why they need one if you have been awarded LCWRA?

    That's very strange, maybe ring the GP to see if they can issue one just in case. I wouldn't want you to have anything go against you for what sounds like, their failed communication.
