Hello I phoned dla today and found out it's no with the case manager how much longer should I be waiting and will I receive a text or anything before. I know if it's awarded then the money will be in before I get the letter.

We have very few posts regarding timescales for DLA for children so i'm afraid i have no idea of timescales. You are correct if successfully awarded money is usually in the bank before you receive the decision letter. If they have a mobile contact number for you then they sometimes send texts if successfully awarded.
