On my universal credit journal it says when provided a fit for work note is completed so they can see it was always provided

Then you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration of the decision not to pay the extra money from August 2019. You can do this request on your journal. Remind them of the date you sent your first fit note and tell them you've been sending them without any gaps since that date.
