WCA and LCWRA Query

Hello, I’m just making this discussion as I need to get a confirmation on a query I have. Basically I just need to know if me changing my address and claiming housing costs on UC will trigger a reassessment of my LCWRA. I understand they are suspended at the moment for reassessments but I just want confirmation if that would happen or not?
