Hi its phill back again lol
My uc is going to be paid fortnightly from the 23rd of February. Will this be
my uc and my LCWRA and will it be set days or will they alter slightly depending on days in month and so on ..all they have said is it will start from the 23rd. Any advice will be appreciated thank you

It means that your usual UC amount will be split into 2 equal payments. One payment will be on 23rd of each month and the other will be 14 days later.
