Hello from Independent Assessment Services. We conduct Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). This is for information purposes only, to let you know that we are managing your PIP assessment. We will look at the available evidence and will contact you with an appointment if we need to have a consultation with you. You can find information about the service we provide at https://mypipassessment.co.uk. You do not need to contact us.
Can anyone give me an idea how long I will be waiting before I hear anything else. Thanks 🙂

Waiting times vary in all areas and there’s no set timescales. Once an appointment becomes available you will be contacted.1

So you think it’s gonna be face-to-face appointment?Or telephone appointment0

Most are by telephone. Some are video or face to face at an assessment centre. Is this a review of any existing claim or first time claim?1

Is renew and more than one years ago I send back form and I still get my payment

You're not the only person still waiting after a year.

I’m worry because I don’t have anyone to take me there if they ask me to come the appointment

@tomy When they next contact you, let them know that. I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry
What kind of hobbies do you have? I really like journaling to keep my mind off things.0 -

Most assessments are by telephone anyway. Also you can ask for a telephone assessment just to make 100% sure that's what you'll have.
