Hi my nan gets pension credit i care for my nan but she not paying me to cares money what do i do is the disability premium the carers money she gets on pension credit

If your nan lives alone and her pension credit includes the SDP if you claim carers allowance for looking after her then she will lose the SDP.
If you think your nan should pay you for looking after her then you need to speak to her. She doesn’t have to use the SDP to pay you, she can do what she wants with her money.With regards to the carers allowance, I note from a previous thread of yours that you were claiming New style ESA, if this is correct still then carers allowance and this are overlapping benefits and you can’t be paid both together.
