Your welcome how do you feel about the text.

confusedotcom

I had my assessment on the 6th of January 2023 but I originally applied 28 January 2022 so it’s taken over a year just to get to this point so I am relieved to say the least lol

livelife87

I just got the awarded PIP text! Will find out at 9am how much. Aah.

Hannah_Alumni

Woohoo! @livelife87 Do you feel relieved?

livelife87

Yeah, I was super relieved this morning. Not just wanting to know how long the award is for so anxious again lol

Hannah_Alumni

Don't be anxious @livelife87 Although I know it's easier said than done! Have you got much planned for today?

durhamjaide2001

Oh that's amazing news now you can relax a bit now.

livelife87

Just got work till 4 and then studying later. I was going to say I’ll call tomorrow morning but it’s closed over the weekend, no way lol. Going to call back and stay on the line for as long as I can now haha

Hannah_Alumni

Hopefully you get through! What are you studying?

livelife87

The hold music is giving me a headache so gave up lol. I’m doing an MA in Classical studies x

Hannah_Alumni

Hopefully you'll be able to get through later today or next week

That's amazing! what made you want to study that? Do you play many instruments? or sing?

livelife87

I’m trying again now 😅. I’m studying Ancient Greek and Rome. It was just for leisure. Not sure I’m going to carry on though, difficult atm with a flare and life stress x

Hannah_Alumni

Fingers crossed! That's really exciting, I'd love to take more courses, just need more hours in the day!

durhamjaide2001

Good luck with your studies I know the feeling as I had to give up travel and tourism level 3 2 year.

It’s hard isn’t it. Thank you. I was so close to deferring but have decided to try as much as I can. Just found how the length of award this morning too. I got 3 years! So surprised!
