Hello
I hope this is in the right part of the forum.
I have Asperger's and Borderline Personality disorder.
I looked at my water supplier's site and clicked on a link to SCOPE Disability Energy Support.
I see that email enquiries are no longer available due to high demand.
I phoned the 0808 801 0828 number and I understand the trained advisors are extremely busy, and a recorded message thanked me for holding and said the trained advisors know I am holding and will be with me as soon as possible.
I don't mean to complain, as I know you work really hard to help people, I was wondering if there is another way to contact a trained advisor, or, what the best time to phone is, as I have been on hold a very long time and would wait, but I want to get outside to help my mental health.

It will depend on how long the queue is. Hopefully someone will answer soon, if they haven't already.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Let us know how you get on @0ptimistic and I hope you're able to get outside too
I find time outside is a real boost to my mental health as well!Online Community Coordinator
