Hello all!

I have requested a tribunal for my claim in march 22. They have also sent the information for my first attempt where i gave up in 2019. Does this mean the tribunal service will look from 2022 or 2019 or has the dwp messed up?

According to a good friend the dwp notes indicate i should have got points where they did not give me any in both assessments but i dont remember the requirements for 2019 if this is important.

As long as the older information is in addition to the current information that's fine.

The ask of the tribunal is to decide if the DWP decision in 2022 was correct or incorrect at the time it was made.

The requirements to qualify for PIP in 2019 were the same as in 2022.

@calcotti. Thank you so even tho the 2019 assessment indicates i should have got points. It will only backdate to the 2022 one?

Presumably you had a decision in 2019? Did you get any PIP after that decision or were you refused?

I understood from your post that are appealing a decision in 2022. If so, that is the decision the tribunal are considering.

The tribunal is only looking at the 2022 decision. Any award will start from when you applied in 2022.
