The eligibility criteria for the Spring payment hasn't been announced yet but if you continue to receive payments for your UC then you'll be entitled to the first payment of £301. https://www.gov.uk/government/news/over-8-million-families-in-the-uk-to-receive-new-cost-of-living-payment-this-spring
