I have been receiving PIP higher rate for 3 years following a serious brain injury but my review has just come back and my payment getting reduced to £61 per week from about £150…any advice

You can challenge that decision by requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration within one month of the date of the decision.You should put the request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points.The most likely outcome will be the decision doesn’t change. If this happens you can proceed to Tribunal.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
