Hi I'm currently on lcwra and pip due to my mental health making me incapable of working since about a year ago now I have been considering applying to university how would that affect my disability payment

As you've already been found to have LCWRA and you're claiming PIP then being a student doesn't affect your UC. However, if there's a maintenance loan available to you then this will reduce your UC, whether you choose to take that loan or not. Students and UC is very complicated so i'd advise you to get some expert advice. The Disabled Students Helpline would be the best people to speak to. https://www.disabilityrightsuk.org/disabled-students-helplinePIP isn't affected.
