Can I ask if you are on universal credit and one of u has been awarded lcwra does other person still have to look for 24 hours work a week or only the 15 or 16 like a single person to meet uc light touch approach please

    The other person will still have to look for work yes. If you are claiming PIP Daily Living then your partner can claim the Carer’s Element via UC and would have no work commitments at all (even though you can still work with no limit to hours or earnings, unlike Carer’s Allowance).
