Hi everyone
I am looking for some help in my telephone assessment in 2 weeks, I completed the form in the new online system so unable to get a copy to refer back to for my assessment, I suffer with severe anxiety and have recently had to stop working because of this..any advice on how to get through the assessment successfully?

Try not to answer the questions with just a yes or no and try to give as much detail as possible. Some people find it helpful to write some notes before the assessment so you have something to refer back to.Have a drink next to you in case it’s needed. You can also have someone with you during the assessment and put the phone into loud speaker.I note from previous threads that last year you were refused PIP and took it to Tribunal. What was the outcome of that hearing please?0

You could call them, ask for a copy, you should get it in time, if you've misplaced or lost your copy.0
