Pip my new claim

I applied 4 pip August to b told the beginning of December I only got 4 and 4 points on both put in my MR by the 15th got told the decision hadn't changed. So was still waiting 4 the letter to take it to tribunal around 15th Jan so I rang to b told their going to b looking at it again! I rang up last month and got told its been with the decision maker since the 9th Feb,  today "sick of waiting" 6th March to b told it hasn't moved and some1 will be looking at it in the morning??? Has any1 else had this much trouble with pip I'm just sick of it now and feel like they just want me to give up trying to get help.
